The Only Thing a Manager Asks of Engineers — Just Leave the Context in the GitHub Repo, AI Will Handle the Summary

Looking at internal Discussions with my manager hat on, I often struggle to extract 'what is this product actually going to do' quickly. This isn't a writing-skill problem on the engineering side, it's a structural mismatch in the granularity that writers and readers need. This post is the manager-side ask to my team: just leave the context in the GitHub repo, flow or stock, in either form, and let me absorb the manager-facing summary with AI.
