Background: Amazon WorkSpaces App "Unable to login" Error
I encountered an “Unable to login” error in the macOS Amazon WorkSpaces app that prevented me from logging in.
When I checked in the AWS Management Console, the status showed Unhealthy, so I’ll introduce how to resolve this issue.
How to Resolve Amazon WorkSpaces with "Unhealthy" Status
I performed troubleshooting based on the following articles.
- 異常ありとマークされている Windows WorkSpace をトラブルシューティングする (Troubleshooting Windows WorkSpaces marked as unhealthy)
- Reboot a WorkSpace - Amazon WorkSpaces
Reboot Amazon WorkSpaces
Reboot the WorkSpace. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, reboot the WorkSpace from the Amazon WorkSpaces console. Wait a few minutes for the WorkSpace to come online, then retry connecting to the WorkSpace. The WorkSpace status will change within 90 minutes.
