I’ll introduce how to fix the issue when the “Sign in with Google” button doesn’t appear in Zoom.
Background: "Sign in with Google" Button Suddenly Disappeared
At some point, the “Sign in with Google” and “Sign in with Facebook” buttons stopped appearing in the Zoom Mac app.
Zoom Version: 5.1.2 (28648.0705)

Solution
- Reinstall the Zoom Mac app
- Restart Mac OS
- Launch the Zoom Mac app
- It should display as shown below (if it doesn't work, try restarting Mac OS once more)
