I noticed that my site’s title “CodeNote” was appearing as “CodeNoteCodeNote” - displayed twice in Google search results…

Solution for Yoast SEO title duplication problem

The problem was resolved by changing Force rewrite titles to [Enable] on the Search Appearance page. By the way, the URL is like https://yoursite.example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_titles.
