Create groups called parent@ and child@

"Add new member" child@ to parent@ group

When a group was deleted, it was also removed from the group it was added to

When I tested it, after deleting a Google Workspace group, it was properly removed from the group it was added to.

So even with a structure like this parent group parent@ > child group child@, it was safe to delete groups without concern.

2. Check parent@ and confirm that child@ is not in the group
