However, you need a solid network connection, so I don’t recommend it unless you’re doing real-time streaming.

Steps to upload video to YouTube and share with specific people via Google+

Here’s the rough procedure:

1. Record screen with QuickTime Player and save video to Mac

2. Upload video to YouTube with "Private" setting
