Check Directory Permission Settings

chmod o+x /home/myapp.com

Check httpd.conf Settings

Writing settings like Order deny,allow or Allow from all incorrectly in httpd.conf will prevent access.

    Options FollowSymLinks
    AllowOverride All
    Order deny,allow
    Allow from all
